I need help with my order, who do I contact?

For all order inquiries, please email info@underthepalm.net with the name the order was placed under and the order number, if applicable.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response.

Why did I not receive an order confirmation?

First, please check your spam folder for your confirmation email. If the email still does not appear, please email us at info@underthepalm.net and we will be able to assist you.

Can I change my order?

Since orders go directly into production, we are not able to change an order once it is placed. Please be very careful when checking out that you have selected the right size, color, and shipping address. Please be extra careful when entering your shipping address, Under the Palm will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
